أخلاقيات مقدمي الخدمات وأثرها على الصورة الذهنية للمؤسسات الصحية بالمسيلة - دراسة مقارنة بين المؤسسات الصحية العامة والخاصة

Résumé: مقدمي الخدمة عنصر أساسي في المزيج التسويقي للخدمات، وخاصة العاملين في الخطوط الأمامية، فهم من يناط بهم تحويل أفكار واستراتيجيات وتوجهات المؤسسة إلى إجراءات وممارسات فعلية. لهذا تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار أخلاقيات مقدمي الخدمات وأثرها على الصورة الذهنية للمؤسسات الصحية بالمسيلة؛ بإجراء دراسة مقارنة بين المؤسسات الصحية العامة والمؤسسات الخاصة. لأجل هذه الغرض تم توزيع 104استبيان على مقدمي الخدمات في مؤسستين صحيتين من القطاع العام ومؤسستين صحيتين من القطاع الخاص، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر لأخلاقيات الأفراد مقدمي الخدمات على الصورة الذهنية لكلا النوعين من المؤسسات، و أن الصورة الذهنية للمؤسسات الصحية الخاصة أكثر تأثراً بتلك الأخلاقيات مقارنة بالمؤسسات الصحية العامة. Service providers are an essential component of the marketing mix for services especially frontline workers, they are the ones who must transform the organization’s ideas and strategies into actual actions and practices, that is why this study aims to test the ethics of services providers and their impact on the mental image of health institutions in M’sila. by making a comparative study between public health institutions and private institutions, for this reason we were distributed 104 questionnaires to service providers in two health institutions from the public sector and two from the private sector This study concluded that there is an impact of the ethics of service providers on the mental image of both types of institutions, and the mental image of private health institutions is more affected by these ethics compared to public health institutions
