دراسة فقهية للخدمات الاجتماعية في المصارف الإسلامية بالجزائر (دراسة حالة بنك البركة الجزائري)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة للوقوف على الجانب الفقهي لأهم الخدمات الاجتماعية التي يقدمها بنك البركة الجزائري والمتمثلة في خدمة القرض الحسن؛ حيث يساهم البنك في توفير التمويل للنشاطات المحلية الصغيرة بقصد زيادة نسبة التشغيل والقضاء على البطالة، كما يقوم بجمع وتوزيع الزكاة من خلال تسيير وإدارة صندوق الزكاة لفائدة وزارة الشؤون الدينية والأوقاف وهذا بهدف النهوض بالفئات الضعيفة على اختلافها إلى كفاية العيش وكرامة الحياة. This study aims to examine the jurisprudential aspect of the most important social services provided by Al Baraka Bank of Algeria, represented in the service of the good loan, where the bank contributes to providing the necessary financing for owners of small local activities in order to increase the employment rate and eliminating unemployment. It also collects and distributes Zakat through the management and the administration of the Zakat Fund for the benefit of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and the Wakf "Religous Endowments", with the view to advance the various vulnerable groups to sufficiency of living and dignity of life.
