Résumé: The present study aimed to determine the level of general values of citizenship in the secondary school, as well as the level of achievement of the objectives of the curriculum for physical education and sports, and aims to know the relationship between these two variables. The researcher used two surveys of his design, the first on the general values of citizenship, and the second on the objectives of the curriculum for physical education and sports, and after verifying their validity and stability, the study was conducted on a sample consisting of 65 professors of physical education and sports in the provinces of Ouargla. The study showed that the general values of citizenship for pupils in the educational institution (secondary) are characterized by the average level. The level of achievement of the objectives of the curriculum for physical education and sports is characterized by an average level. The results also show a relationship between the level of the general values of citizenship in the secondary school, Level of achievement of the objectives of the curriculum of physical education and sports. In the light of these results, the researcher presented a set of proposals.
