قياس مدى مساهمة مكونات رأس المال الفكري في نجاح المؤسسات الناشئة بالجزائر

Résumé: تهدف دراستنا إلى بحث أثر مكونات رأس المال الفكري على نجاح المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر، اعتمادنا على المنهج الوصفي في الشق النظري أما الشق التطبيقي فكان بالاعتماد على المنهج الاستنباطي، وزع الاستبيان الكترونيا على عينة عشوائية شملت 70 رائد أعمال في قطاع الخدمات لسنة 2022، تم اختبار الفرضيات بواسطة نمذجة المعادلات الهيكلية بالمربعات الصغرى الجزئية smart PLS v4 توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن هناك تأثير إيجابي ذو دلالة لكل من رأس المال العلائقي ورأس المال النفسي في نجاح المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر. Our study aims to examine the impact of intellectual capital components on the success of emerging enterprises in Algeria. We relied on the descriptive approach in the theoretical part, while the applied part was based on the deductive approach. The questionnaire was distributed electronically to a random sample that included 70 entrepreneurs in the services sector for the year 2022. It was tested Hypotheses Using structural equation modeling with smart PLS v4, the results of the study concluded that there is a significant positive effect of both relational capital and psychological capital on the success of emerging enterprises in Algeria.
