مجتمع المعرفة وتبني الجودة الشاملة بالتعليم العالي – مقاربة نظرية –

Résumé: الملخص: نهدف من خلال دراستنا هاته إلى تشخيص طبيعة العلاقة بين التوجه نحو مجتمع المعرفة وضرورة تبني مفهوم الجودة الشاملة في التعليم العالي كأحد مخرجات مجتمع المعرفة. وقد توصلنا من خلال الغوص في الأدبيات النظرية والميدانية حول كل من مجتمع المعرفة ونظام الجودة الشاملة اعتمادا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، إلى أنه لا مفر من تبني مفهوم الجودة الشاملة بمؤسسات التعليم العالي بالبلاد العربية، إذا أردنا أن تنسجم مخرجات التعليم العالي مع متطلبات الانفجار المعرفي وبناء مجتمع المعرفة المنشودة. ABSTRACT we aim through this study to diagnose the nature of the relationship between the trend towards a knowledge society and the need to adopt the concept of total quality in higher education as one of the outcomes of the knowledge society. By diving into the theoretical and field literature on both the knowledge society and the total quality system based on the descriptive analytical approach, we concluded that it is inevitable to adopt the concept of total quality in higher education institutions in the Arab countries, if we want the outputs of higher education to be consistent with the requirements of the knowledge explosion and building The desired knowledge society.
