السياسة التعليمية الفرنسية في الجنوب الشرقي للجزائر 1882- 1914 French Educational Policy In The Southeast Of Algeria 1882-1914

Résumé: بعدما بسطت فرنسا سيطرتها على كامل أنحاء الجزائر، طبقت سياسة استعمارية مست مختلف المجالات، حيث كان للسياسة التربوية والتعليمية الأثر الكبير على المجتمع الجزائري خاصة في جنوبه الكبير منه الجنوب الشرقي من خلال مجموعة من القرارات و المراسيم القانونية. شهدت منطقة الجنوب الشرقي من الصحراء الجزائرية منظومة تعليمية استعمارية متمثلة في مختلف أطوار التعليم الابتدائي، المتوسط والثانوي خاصة في نواحي ورقلة، وادي سوف والأغواط. هذه المناطق شهدت إنتشار تعليم الثقافة الفرنسية ومن وراءها القضاء على مقومات و تعليم الدين الإسلامي من خلال نشاط مبشرين مختصين استعانت بهم فرنسا الاستعمارية للقضاء نهائيا على مكونات المجتمع الجزائري. After France extended its control over all parts of Algeria, it implemented a colonial policy that affected various fields, as the educational policy had a great impact on Algerian society, especially in its great south and southeast, through a set of decisions and legal decrees. The southeastern region of the Algerian Sahara witnessed a colonial educational system represented in the various stages of primary, intermediate and secondary education, especially in the areas of Ouargla, Wadi Souf and Laghouat. These areas witnessed the spread of French culture education and behind it the elimination of the elements and teaching of the Islamic religion through the activity of specialized missionaries who were hired by colonial France to completely eliminate the components of Algerian society.
