الخطة التربوية لرياض الاطفال الاهلية والحكومية في العراق

Résumé: ملخص البحث يستهدف البحث الحالي:- - التعرف على الخطة التربوية لرياض الاطفال الاهلية والحكومية واختارت الباحثتان عينة تكونت من ( 59) معلمة لرياض الاطفال الاهلية و(150) لرياض الاطفال الحكومية في مدينة بغداد. اما اداة البحث فقد قامت الباحثتان في بناء اداة قياس الخطة التربوية لرياض الاطفال الاهلية والحكومية. واظهرت النتائج:- 1- تمتع رياض الاطفال الاهلية بالخطة التربوية التي تسهم في التفاعل الصفي. 2- قصور في الخطط التربوية في رياض الاطفال الحكومية. في ضوء النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث ، توصي الباحثتان ما يأتي : 1- ضرورة اعداد ورسم خطة تربوية موحدة للرياض الاهلي والحكومي تتميز بالمرونة في بعض نقاطها. 2- اقامة ندوات ومؤتمرات لكل من الرياض الاهلية والحكومية من اجل زيادة الاهتمام بالجانب المعرفي والاجتماعي للروضة. في ضوء النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث ، تقترح الباحثتان ما يأتي : 1- اجراء دراسة مماثلة على عينات بأعداد كبيرة من رياض الاطفال. 2- اجراء دراسة تتناول علاقة الخطة التربوية بمتغيرات اخرى. الكلمات المفتاحية :- رياض الاطفال , خطط رياض الاطفال الاهلي والحكومي Abstract Targets current search: - - To identify the educational plan for the civil and governmental kindergartens The researchers selected a sample consisting of (59) female kindergarten teachers and (150) government kindergartens in the city of Baghdad. As for the research tool, the two researchers built a measuring tool for the educational plan for the civil and governmental kindergartens. Results showed: 1- Enjoy the kindergartens National civil educational plan that contribute to classroom interaction. 2- Lack of educational plans in the state kindergartens. In light of the findings of the research, the researchers recommend the following: 1- the need to prepare and draw a unified educational plan for the National and Government Park is characterized by flexibility in some points. 2- Holding seminars and conferences for both Riyadh civil and governmental in order to increase attention to the cognitive and social aspect of the kindergarten. In light of the findings of the research, the researchers suggest the following: 1-Conduct a similar study on samples in large numbers of kindergartens. 2- Conducting a study dealing with the relationship of the educational plan with other variables.
