التراخيص الدوائية الاختيارية
Résumé: ملخص عقد الترخيص باستغلال براءة الاختراع الدوائية الاختيارية يعد من إحدى أدوات نقل التكنولوجيا الأكثر انتشارا في وقتنا الحالي، وذلك باعتباره من أنجع الطرق وأضمنها في توفير الأدوية للمرضى بأسعار معقولة، نتيجة لما يتميز به من سرعة في نقل التكنولوجيا الدوائية بين الدول، وهو ما يكسبه أهمية كبيرة بينها وخاصة النامية منها نظرا لما تعانيه هذه الأخيرة من نقص في الابداعات الدوائية مقارنة بنظائرها من الدول المتقدمة، والتي تتميز بالتطور التكنولوجي في مجال الصناعات الدوائية. Abstract: The license contract for the exploitation of the optional pharmaceutical patent is one of the most widespread technology transfer tools of our time. That’s why it’s considered as one of the most effective and efficient ways to provide medicines to patients at affordable prices as a result of its rapid transfer of pharmaceutical technology between countries. This is of great importance among them, especially those under developed countries, because of the shortage of pharmaceutical creations compared to those of developed ones, which are characterized by technological development in the pharmaceutical industry.
