آليات مكافحة جريمة الاتجار بالبشر في القانون الدولي و القانون الجزائري

Résumé: تعتبر جريمة الاتجار بالبشر من الجرائم المنظمة ذات السلوك الضار بمصالح المجتمعات، وتعتبر الصورة المعاصرة للإتجار بالرقيق، وتزداد اهمية الاتجار بالبشر في المجتمع الدولي الى اتساع نطاقه فاصبح ثالث تجارة غير مشروعة في العالم بعد تجارة السلاح والمخدرات، لذلك نجد مختلف الجهود الدولية والوطنية تسعى لمكافحة الظاهرة، من خلال تكريس تجريمها دوليا ووطنيا. من خلال هاته الورقة البحثية سنتعرض الى الاليات الوطنية والدولية لمكافحة جريمة الاتجار بالبشر ومعيقات التي تعترض التشريع لمكافحة هاته الجرائم ضمن مطلب اول على ان نتعرض الى التدابير المتخذة على المستوى الوطني ضمن مطلب ثاني محاولين بذلك تبيان عوائق وعقبات محاربة الظاهرة. The crime of human trafficking is considered to be organized crime with behaviour detrimental to the interests of societies, and is considered the contemporary image of slave trafficking, and the importance of human trafficking in the international community is becoming the third illegal trade in the world after the arms and drug trade, so we find various international and national efforts seeking to combat the phenomenon, by decriminalizing it internationally and nationally. Through this research paper, we will be exposed to national and international mechanisms to combat the crime of human trafficking and obstacles to legislation to combat these crimes within a first requirement to be exposed to measures taken at the national level within a second requirement, thus trying to show the obstacles and obstacles of fighting the phenomenon
