ثنائية الجزائر-اوربا: بين التقارب المصلحي والتباعد العدائي في الحوض المتوسطي خلال القرن 11هـ/17م.

Résumé: عرف الصراع البحري منذ استقرار الأتراك بالجزائر سنة 1519م أبعادا عالمية، فانتقل التنافس من المشرق بين الدولة العثمانية والقوى الأوروبية المسيحية إلى شمال إفريقيا ممثلة في إيالة الجزائر ودول جنوب أوروبا المتوسطية، الشيء الذي أدى إلى انبعاث علاقات متباينة. ولقد شكلت العلاقات الخارجية للجزائر في العهد العثماني، أهم مظاهر السيادة وأبرز سِمات النفوذ المتوسطي، فبَنت سياستها الخارجية على مجموعة مبادئ سياسية كوَّنتْ بها شخصيتها الدولية، ولكن هذا التكريس كله كان تحت غطاء الدولة العثمانية حتى سنة 1671م. The maritime conflict since the stability of the Turks in Algeria in 1519 has global dimensions. The competition from the Orient between the Ottoman Empire and the European Christian powers moved to North Africa, represented by Ile of Algeria and the countries of southern Mediterranean Europe, which led to the emergence of different relations. The external relations of Algeria in the Ottoman era were the most important manifestations of sovereignty and the most prominent features of the Mediterranean influence. Its foreign policy was based on a set of political principles which constituted its international character. However, this whole consecration was under the cover of the Ottoman Empire until 1671
