المناطق الصناعية في الجزائر بين متطلبات التوطين الصناعي وضوابط التنمية المستدامة

Résumé: إن اختيار المواقع الصناعية المناسبة يعد جزءا مهما من التّحليل المكاني للأنشطة الصناعية وتحديد عوامل توطنها لتحقيق تنمية اقتصادية شاملة، كما يتطلب تطوير الصناعة وتوطينها تجهيزا مناسبا للمناطق الصناعية بكل الخدمات المتكاملة والبنى الارتكازية، لتكوين تكتلات صناعية وبيئة أعمال اقتصادية تنافسية تساهم في تحقيق تنمية صناعية مستدامة. وقد أثبتت المناطق الصناعية نجاحها في عديد الدول كمكان مفضل لتوطين الصناعة، وإسهامها في تحقيق التنمية الإقليمية المستدامة. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة المشاكل التي تعاني منها المناطق الصناعية في الجزائر وإنشاء مناطق صناعية مستدامة تأخذ في الإعتبار متطلبات التوطين الصناعي وتلبي إحتياجات القطاع الصناعي. The selection of appropriate industrial sites is an important part of the spatial analysis of industrial activities and identifying the factors of industrial localization to achieve overall economic development, the development of industry and its localization also requires equipped industrial zones containing the whole integrated services and infrastructures, to build advanced industrial conglomerates, and competitive economic environment, participated in the sustainable industrial development. This study aims to find out the problems of the industrial zones in Algeria, and the establishment of sustainable industrial zones takes into account the industrial localization requirements and meets the needs of the industrial sector.
