Résumé: لقد هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تطبيق الأتمتة في نظام معلومات (CRM) لدى بعض المؤسسات الاقتصادية بسطيف وبرج بوعريريج ومسيلة، من خلال استغلالهم برمجيات (CRM) في منصات الانترنت، لتحصيل المعلومات عن العملاء وعن علاقات العمل معهم، كما هدفت الدراسة إلى اختبار علاقة هذه الأتمتة بإبداعية الأداء التنفيذي وأثرها في تصنيع وتقديم منتج المؤسسات الاقتصادية المدروسة. وخلصت هذه الدراسة إلى نتيجة مفادها أن: أتمتة (CRM)، في المؤسسات الاقتصادية المدروسة، مطبقة بامتيازات فعلية، وثبت أن لهذه الأتمتة علاقة بكفاءة تجسيد رغبات وتفضيلات العملاء في تصنيع المنتج، ولم يثبت أن لهذه الأتمتة علاقة بفعالية إدماج مقترحات العملاء في طرق تسليم المنتج. كلمات مفتاحية: أتمتة، نظام معلومات (CRM)، إبداعية، أداء، سطيف، برج بوعريريج، مسيلة. This study aimed to know the extent to which automation is applied in the (CRM) information system of some companies in: Setif, Borj bouaririj and M’sila, through their exploitation of (CRM) software to obtain information about customers, the study also aimed to know the relationship and impact of this automation on creative executive performance in product manufacturing and delivery. The result of the study was that (CRM) automation is applied with its privileges in these studied companies, and it has been proven that this automation is related to the efficiency of incorporating customer preferences into the manufacturing of the product, and this automation was not related to the effectiveness of integrating the proposals of these customers in the delivery.
