أتمتة نظم معلومات (scm) وأثرها على إبداعية الأداء العملياتي ـ دراسة عينة من المؤسسات الصناعية الناشطة في منطقتي سطيف ومسيلة

Résumé: جاءت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة مدى تبني الأتمتة في نظم معلومات (SCM) لبعض المؤسسات الصناعية بمنطقتي سطيف ومسيلة، من خلال العمل بشبكة إلكترونية معززة ببرمجيات (SCP, SCE) لإدارة إمدادات المواد وتسليمات المنتج، ثم معرفة أثر هذه الأتمتة على إبداعية الأداء لعمليات الإمداد. ولقد بينت هذه الدراسة وجود استفادة فعلية من امتيازات أتمتة نظم معلومات (SCM) بالمؤسسات المدروسة، ما أدى إلى تحقق نوع من الإبداعية في الأداء العملياتي للإمدادات، منها ما ظهر على شكل: تحسينات فائقة في فعالية/ كفاءة شراء وتخزين وإدماج مواد التصنيع، ومنها ما تجسد في صورة: تحسينات فائقة في فعالية مناولة وتصميم وتسليم المنتج نحو العملاء. This study was conducted to find out the extent to which automation has been adopted in information systems (SCM) for some companies in: Setif and M’sila, through an electronic network enhanced with (SCP, SCE) software to manage supplies of materials and deliveries, as well as to know the impact of this automation on the creative performance of supply operations.This study showed that there is a real benefit from the advantages of automation in the information systems (SCM), existing in the surveyed companies, which led to the emergence of a kind of creative operational performance, such as: improving the effectiveness of purchasing, storing and integrating materials, as well as improving the effectiveness of handling, design and delivery towards clients.
