أسبار نموذج الحلزون/اللولب الثلاثي Aspart Triple Helix Model

Résumé: يعتمد نموذج اللولب الثلاثي للابتكار كما نظره Etzkowitz و Leydesdorff على التفاعلات والدور الأولي المرتبط بها بين العناصر الثلاثة التالية الجامعات المشاركة في الأبحاث الأساسية، والصناعات التي تولد الثروة، والحكومة التي تنظم آلية السوق، فمع زيادة التفاعلات داخل هذا الإطار يطور كل مكون بعض خصائص المؤسسة الأخرى، مما يؤدي بعد ذلك إلى ظهور مؤسسات مختلطة في إطار تفاعلات ثنائية بين الجامعة والصناعة والحكومة. Abstract: The triple helix model, as seen by Etzkowitz and Leydesdorff, depends on the interactions and the primary role associated with them between the following three elements: Universities involved in basic research, industries that generate wealth, and the government that regulates the market mechanism. As interactions within this framework increase, each component develops some other characteristics of the institution. Which then leads to the emergence of mixed institutions within the framework of bilateral interactions between the university, industry and government.
