التعاون بين الجامعة، حكومة، صناعة في مجال الابتكار Collaboration Between University, Government, And Industry In The Field Of Innovation

Résumé: يهدف هذا المقال إلى دراسة ما يعرف بنموذج اللولب الثلاثي للابتكار، وكذلك ابراز أهم النقائص في الجزائر بخصوص هذا النموذج. وبعد استعمال أسلوب تحليل المحتوى اعتمادا على الدراسات الأدبية والاحصائيات السابقة توصلنا الى أن النصوص التشريعية والخطابات السياسية في الجزائر في التأكيد على ضرورة دعم البحث العلمي، والجامعة، كما لابد أن تأخذ السلطات المختصة في الاعتبار مشكلة الحدود الزمنية لإنجاز المشاريع الاستثمارية والاضطرابات التي من المؤكد أنها ستسببها للمستثمرين في المستقبل. This article aims to study the Triple Helix model of innovation and highlight the major deficiencies in Algeria regarding this model. After using content analysis based on literature review and previous statistics, We found that legislative texts and political discourses in Algeria emphasize the need to support scientific research and universities. The relevant authorities must also consider the issue of time constraints for completing investment projects and the disruptions they are likely to cause for future .investors
