الحماية الجزائية للمرأة من التحرش الجنسي في التشريع الجزائري

Résumé: كانت المرأة ولازالت تعاني من ظاهرة التحرش الجنسي، ونظر للآثار السلبية الناتجة عن هذه الأفعال المشينة، وباعتبارها تشكل مساسا بكرامة المرأة وحريتها وخصوصيتها وكذا بمبدأ المساواة سعت الدول لمحاربة هذه الظاهرة . الجزائر كغيرها من الدول ضمنت قوانينها نصوصا تحمي المرأة من التحرش الجنسي سواء في أماكن العمل أو في الأماكن العمومية بعقوبات رادعة ضد مرتكبي هذه الأفعال التي تتعدى آثارها المرأة لتمس المجتمع بأكمله. Woman was always and is still suffering from sexual harassment, and in view of the negative effects resulting from such odious behaviors since they cause a prejudice to the dignity of woman, her freedom and privacy as well the principle of equality, states are fighting this phenomenon. Algeria, like other countries, enacted in its laws legal texts tending to protect woman from sexual harassment, whether in workplaces or public places, by stipulating dissuasive sanctions against persons committing these acts, given that the effects of such acts go beyond the woman to include the entire community
