Résumé: ملخص: تقتضي التنمية المحلية كغاية تنشدها الدول على اختلافها جملة من الركائز والأدوات وفي سبيل تحقيق هذا المسعى عملت الجزائر وفي مختلف المراحل على تمكين الجماعات الإقليمية من مقومات هيكلية و تنظيمية لتحقيق التنمية المطلوبة ، كما وفرت لذلك آليات منها التنظيم الإقليمي وتفعيل المشاركة الشعبية من خلال إشراك المجتمع المدني، كفاعل غير رسمي في جهود التنمية المحلية والاعتماد على الخصوصية الإقليمية باعتبار هذه العوامل تعد بيئة وفضاءا مناسبين في هذا المجال . : Local development as a goal pursued by different countries requires a set of pillars and tools, and in order to achieve this endeavor, Algeria worked in various stages to empower regional groups with structural and organizational elements to achieve the required development, and also provided mechanisms for this, including regional organization and activating popular participation through the involvement of civil society As an informal actor in the local development efforts and relying on regional specificity, considering these factors is an appropriate environment and space in this field.
