مستوى الاٍجهاد الرقمي لدى الأساتذة الجامعيين (دراسة ميدانية بكلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية جامعة المسيلة)

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن مستوى إجهاد الرقمي لدى الأساتذة الجامعيين و تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي، بحيث تم تصميم استمارة استبيان خاصة بالأساتذة الجامعيين تضمنت 7 محاور وتم تحكيمها من قبل 5 محكمين وفي ضوء ذلك جرى جمع البيانات من مجتمع الدراسة كان عددهم (301) أستاذ وأستاذة بكلية العلوم الإنسانية والإجتماعية حيث بلغت عينة الدراسة (35) أستاذ وأستاذة، والذين تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية، تمثل المجتمع وتم تحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية (spss,v20) وبعد إختبار الفرضيات تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية : -مستوى الإجهاد الرقمي لدى الأساتذة الجامعيين بكلية العلوم الإنسانية والإجتماعية بجامعة المسيلة متوسط . -‏مستوى الإجهاد الرقمي لدى الأساتذة الجامعيين بكلية العلوم الإنسانية والإجتماعية بجامعة المسيلة في البرامج التعليمية والرسائل الإدارية والقييم عن بعد والإشراف واٍدراج النقاط ومتابعة الطعون والمنصات متوسط . -‏لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متغير الجنس والرتبة وخبرة اتقان الحاسوب . الكلمات المفتاحية:الاٍجهاد, الاٍجهاد الرقمي, الأساتذة الجامعيين. StudySummary: The current study aimed to investigate the level of digital stress among university professors. A descriptive approach was followed, where a specific questionnaire for university professors, consisting of 7 axes, was designed. It was reviewed by 5 referees, and data was collected from a population of 301 professors in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences. The study sample included 35 professors selected randomly to represent the population. The data was analyzed and hypotheses were tested using the statistical package (SPSS, v20). After testing the hypotheses, the following results were obtained: - The level of digital stress among university professors in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of M'sila is average. - The level of digital stress among university professors in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of M'sila in educational programs, administrative messages, remote assessment, supervision, score insertion, appeal follow-up, and platforms is average. - There are no statistically significant differences in the variables of gender, rank, and computer mastery experience.
