علاقة القرصنة البحرية بالإرهاب

Résumé: يواجه الامن البحري تحديات واعتداءات صارخة على مبدأ حرية الملاحة في البحار، أثرت على أمن واستقرار المجتمع الدولي، من واقع تأثيرها المتنامي على حرية الملاحة وسلامة التجارة الدولية التي تمثل أحد الشرايين الرئيسية للتنمية في الوقت الراهن عبر العديد من الممرات البحرية الحيوية حول العالم، ومن هذه التحديات جريمة القرصنة البحرية والتي تعتبر من أخطر الجرائم التي تهدد سلامة الملاحة البحرية إضافة الى الأعمال الإرهابية التي عظم خطرها في الآونة الأخيرة والتي امتدت الى ما يعرف بأعالي البحار مما أدى الى التداخل بين الجريمتين، وهو الامر الذي أكده خبراء المكتب البحري الدولي، أن القرصنة والإرهاب متداخلان بشكل قانوني يؤدي الى تعريف جديد لدمج القرصنة ضمن العمليات الإرهابية.
