المؤسسات الناشئة و حاضنات الأعمال –دراسة في المفهوم و الدور-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان دور و أهمية المؤسسات الناشئة و حاضنات الأعمال من خلال تقديم مفهوم حول المؤسسات الناشئة، مع عرض ماهية حاضنات الأعمال بالإضافة إلى تسليط الضوء على خصائص المؤسسات الناشئة و أهميتها في تنمية و ترقية الاقتصاد الوطني، كما لا يفوتنا أن ننوه إلى الخدمات التي تقدمها حاضنات الأعمال للمؤسسات الناشئة من اجل دعمها في مسارها المهني و تنمية قدراتها و تطويرها لمواجهة مختلف التحديات و العقبات التي قد تعترضها. This study aims to clarify the role and importance of emerging institutions and business incubators by presenting a concept about emerging institutions, with a presentation of the nature of business incubators in addition to highlighting the characteristics of emerging institutions and their importance in the development and promotion of the national economy, and we do not fail to note the services Which business incubators provide to emerging institutions in order to support them in their career path and develop their capabilities and develop them to meet the various challenges and obstacles they may encounter.
