Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إثراء موضوع حاضنات الأعمال التكنولوجية ودورها في دعم و ترقية المؤسسات الناشئة ماليزيا نموذجا ،وذلك بالنظر إلى الدور الرئيسي الذي أصبحت تلعبه المؤسسات الناشئة في الاقتصاديات المعاصرة، وبسبب هشاشة هذه المؤسسات أمام مواجهة المنافسة الدولية، عمدت حكومات الدول المتقدمة والنامية على حد سواء الى توفير عدد من اليات الدعم من أبرزها حاضنات الأعمال التكنولوجية، كونها تقوم بتقديم التسهيلات والمساعدات اللازمة لإنشاء المؤسسات الناشئة خصوصا القائمة على المبادرات التكنولوجية الجديدة، إلى أن تصبح قادرة على الاستمرار والمنافسة في المحيط الخارجي . وخلصت الدراسة الى ان حاضنات الأعمال التكنولوجية تقوم بدور حيوي في تنمية قطاع المؤسسات الناشئة وزيادة قدرتها التنافسية . الكلمات المفتاحية : حاضنات الأعمال التكنولوجية، المؤسسات الناشئة، التجربة الماليزية . تصنيف JEL : M13، 125 . Abstract: This study aims to enrich the topic of technological business incubators and their role in supporting and promoting emerging institutions Malaysia as a model, given the main role that emerging institutions have become in contemporary economies, and because of the fragility of these institutions in the face of international competition, the governments of developed and developing countries alike To provide a number of support mechanisms, most notably technological business incubators, as they provide the necessary facilities and assistance for the establishment of emerging institutions, especially those based on new technological initiatives, until they become able to continue and compete in the external environment. The study concluded that technology business incubators play a vital role in developing the emerging enterprise sector and increasing their competitiveness.
