Résumé: تعدّ البيئة الهوائية من العناصر الطبيعة البالغة الأهمية للإنسان، فلولاها لما إستطاع هذا الأخير العيش، ولكن إنّ التعدي على هذا العنصر بشتى أنواع الملوثات الطبيعية وغير الطبيعية قد ينجم عنه مشاكل كبيرة تنعكس سلبا على الغلاف الجوي، وبالتالي قد يسبب تِباعًا أمراضا خطيرة عديدة للإنسان، فلهذا فقد عمل المشرع الجزائري على حماية البيئة الهوائية من خلال سنّ قانون حماية البيئة رقم 03-10، ومصادقته على بعض الإتفاقيات الدولية، فهل وفق المشرع في تجسيد هذه الحماية على إطلاقها؟. The aerobic environment is one of the most important elements of human nature. Without it, the latter could not live. However, the encroachment on this element with all kinds of natural and non-natural contaminants can result in great problems that negatively affect the atmosphere and may consequently cause many serious diseases for humans. The Algerian legislature has worked to protect the air environment through the enactment of the Environmental Protection Act No. 03-10, and its ratification of some international agreements. Is the legislator to reflect this protection on the launch?
