تقييم الممارسات المحاسبية في شركات التأمين الجزائرية دراسة ميدانية لعينة من شركات التأمين بولاية ورقلة
Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم الممارسات المحاسبية في شركات التأمين ,بالإضافة إلى فهم وتوضيح التنظيم المحاسبي فيها والاطلاع على الحسابات الخاصة بأنشطتها ودور النظام المحاسبي في إنتاج معلومات ذات مصداقية بالنسبة للمستخدمين,فهو يمثل الدعامة الأساسية للتأكد من صحة وسلامة المعلومات المحاسبية الخاصة بالأنشطة التي تقوم بها الشركة . اعتمدنا في الدراسة على أداة الاستبيان الذي قمنا بتوزيعه على عينة الدراسة في شركات التأمين هذا بالإضافة للاستعانة بالبرنامج الإحصائي SPSS لتحليل وتفسير نتائج الاستبيان من اجل الوصول إلى فهم واضح للإشكالية المطروحة. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن التنظيم المحاسبي لشركات التأمين وفق النظام المحاسبي المالي ساعد في الحصول على معلومات مالية دقيقة وذات جودة عالية,كما تعتبر المحاسبة أداة فعالة تساعد في الحصول على قوائم مالية ذات مصداقية تتضمن المعلومات الكافية لتلبية احتياجات المستخدمين,بالإضافة إلى أن النظام المحاسبي المالي في شركات التأمين يواجه بعض الصعوبات والتحديات . The study aims at evaluating the accounting practices of insurance companies, in addition to understanding and clarifying the accounting system and viewing the accounts of their own activities, and the role of the accounting organization in producing true information to the users, it represents the mainstay of the validity and the safety of the accounting information concerning the activities carried out by the company. In this study, we relied on the questionnaire tool we distributed to the study sample in the insurance companies, in addition to using the statistical program SPSS to analyze the questionnaire results in order to achieve a clear understanding of the problem. The study concluded that the accounting organization of the insurance companies according to the financial accounting system has helped to get accurate and qualitative financial information. Accounting is also an effective tool that helps to get reliable financial statements that contain sufficient information to satisfy the needs of the users In addition the financial accounting system in insurance companies faces some difficulties and challenges.
