بوادر النضال السياسي للشبان الجزائريين مع مطلع القرن العشرين Signs Of The Political Struggle Of The Algerian Youth At The Beginning Of The Twentieth Century

Résumé: حاولت النخبة الجزائرية منذ ظهورها نهاية القرن التاسع عشر وبداية القرن العشرين المطالبة بالإدماج في المجتمع الفرنسي من منطلق تحقيق مبدأ المساواة بين الجزائريين، والفرنسيين عن طريق المواطنة الفرنسية والانتخاب ،و قد تميز نشاطها في البداية بالاحتشام من حيث المطالب التي تضمنتها أدبياتها أو حتى من خلال الوسائل المعتمدة في النشاط ، و تعتبر بداية القرن العشرين الانطلاقة الحقيقية للشبان الجزائريين خاصة بعد 1912 حيث ظهر الطابع السياسي الاحتجاجي في مطالبهم من خلال الوفود والعرائض والشكاوي و رفضوا الإجراءات الاستثنائية و طالبوا بالمساواة ، وكان لأحداث سنة 1919 دور في بلورة نشاطهم السياسي أثناء فترة العشرينات خاصة مع ظهور جيل جديد يمثل هذا الاتجاه، حيث حاولوا تفعيل نشاطهم من خلال العمل الحزبي واستخدام العمل الصحفي كوسيلة خطاب سياسي وجماهيري لإيصال أفكارهم للإدارة الاستعمارية . Abstract: Since its emergence at the end of the nineteenth century and the beginning of the twentieth century, the Algerian elite claimed integration into French society so that to achieve the principle of equality between Algerians and French through French citizenship and election. However, their claims were, so reserved both in their claims and their means of activity. The beginning of the twentieth century is a real breakthrough for the Algerian youth, especially after 1912, where the political nature of their demands was E enhanced through delegations, petitions and complaints. They even rejected the exceptional measures and demanded equality. In 1919, they played a role in shaping their political activity during the 1920s, especially with the emergence of a new generation representing this trend. They tried stimulate their activities through partisan actions and using journalism as a means of political and public discourse to convey their ideas to the colonial administration
