كارل بوبر وانفتاح العقلانية النقدية

Résumé: ملخص: إن محاولة التأسيس لمشروع إمكانية علمية العلوم الإنسانية والإجتماعية كان و لا يزال قائم منذ ميلاد العلوم الحديثة، أين تخضع الظواهر الإنسانية للوضعية العلمية بهدف بلوغ أقصى درجات الدقة و اليقين العلمي لفهم التجربة الإنسانية، ما يحدد طبيعة الاختلاف القائم بين العلوم الطبيعية والعلوم الإنسانية، والإجتماعية في نقطتين أساسيتين هما"موضوعية الظاهرة الإنسانية، ونموذجتها لكن الحديث عن مسألة نموذجة العلوم الإنسانية والإجتماعية يعني دراسة الإشكالية الميتودرلوجية، و التصورات الإيديولوجية المختلفة، كما أنها مدينة في الوقت نفسه إلى الاختيارات الثقافية المتعددة في زمن لا يعترف بالحدود ولا بالخصوصية. تنبه كارل بوبر إلى استراتيجية البحث في العلوم الاجتماعية وحاول تحديد أهم الأسباب التي أدت إلى تأخرها، ما أجبره على الاهتمام بالنقد والتمييز بين المعرفة الذاتية والموضوعية بهدف بلوغ نمو معرفة من خلال نقده للعقلانية الكلاسيكية الحديثة، ومحاولة التأسيس لإبستيمولوجيا نقدية جديدة مبدأها العقلانية النقدية المفتوحة، Abstract: Karl R. Popper and the Openness of Critical Rationale Trying to establish the project of rendering human and social sciences more scientific was and still existent since the emergence of the modern sciences wherein some human phenomena go through a scientific study for the purpose of achieving scientific accuracy and comprehending the human experience. What determines the difference between human sciences and natural sciences is the objectivity of the human phenomenon on one hand and its sampling on the other hand. However, the act of sampling human and social sciences necessitates studying the methodological problematic as well as the ideological judgments. Meanwhile, it is also significant to rely on various cultural aspects in the era of globalization. Carl Popper observed the research strategies pertinent to social sciences and attempted to determine the main causes behind its backwardness. This urged him to take interest in criticism and distinguish between subjective and objective knowledge to proceed through a more objective knowledge and criticize the classical rationale of social sciences to establish a new critical epistemology based on the open critical rationale.
