التحولات المعرفية لمفهوم الأمن وفق المنظور النقدي

Résumé: ملخص : يُعد الأمن مفهوما يُعبر عن حركة دائمة تواكب التطورات الدولية والمُجتمعية، بجميع أبعادها وتَفاعلاتها ومستَوياتها، لذلك فإن مفهوم الأمن في فترة الحرب الباردة ارتَكز على الدولة القُطرية التي اُعتُبرت كأداة لإقامة التوازن الاستراتيجي في السياسة الدولية والنظام الدولي، إذ أنَّ موضوع الأمن كان يهدف لخدمة مصلحة الدولة لا غير، بعيدًا عن الاهتمام بفواعلَ ومرجعيات أُخرى، لكن وبعد بروز بيئة جديدة بتفاعلات جديدة خاصة بعد الحرب الباردة، أفرزت لنا هذه البيئة مفاهيمَ وتحولات جديدة تتكيف وتستجيب معها. موازاةً مع ذلك وفي إطار التنظير للدراسات الأَمْنِيَة انتقلت مستويات الاهتمام بقطاعات ومرجعيات أمنية جديدة تعبر على مستوى اُنطولوجي مغاير، يحاول من خلاله أنصار التوجهات النقدية إحداث تغيرات معرفية في الجوانب التحليلية والعملية، تقوم على الإقرار بتغير بيئة السياسة الدوليّة وموضوعاتها، وهو ما ساهم بِتبني منهجية جديدة في حقل الدراسات الأمنية، سميت بِالدِرَاسَات الأَمنِية النَّقدِية. Abstract: Security is a concept that expresses a permanent movement that keeps pace with international and societal developments, with all its dimensions, interactions and levels. Therefore, the concept of security during the Cold War period was based on the Country state, which was considered as a tool to establish a strategic balance in international politics and the international system, as the issue of security was intended to serve the interest of the state Not only, apart from caring for other actors and references, but after the emergence of a new environment with new interactions, especially after the Cold War, this environment has produced new concepts and transformations for us that adapt and respond to it. Parallel to that, and within the framework of theoretical studies of security studies, levels of interest in new security sectors and references have moved across a different anthological level, through which proponents of monetary tendencies attempt to bring about cognitive changes in the analytical and practical aspects, based on the recognition of changing the international policy environment and its topics, which contributed to the adoption of a new methodology In the field of security studies, it has been called critical security studies.
