اضطراب ضغط ما بعد صدمة الإصابة بفيروس كورونا كوفيد-19، دراسة عيادية لحالة واحدة Post-traumatic Stress Disorder Covid-19, A Clinical Study Of One Case

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف الدراسة الحالية الى الكشف عن اضطراب صدمة الإصابة بفيروس كورونا كوفيد-19 لدى حالة واحدة تبلغ من العمر35 سنة أصيبت بالمرض منذ شهر جويلية 2020، والتي تم تشخيصها باستخدام المنهج العيادي ودراسة الحالة وذلك بالاعتماد على الدليل التشخيصي والاحصائي الخامس (DSM-5)، وتحليل محتوى المقابلة العيادية نصف الموجهة التي أجريت مع الحالة. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الحالة تعاني من صدمة نفسية ناتجة عن الإصابة بفيروس كورونا كوفيد-19 تمثلت أهم أعراضها في نوبات الهلع، قلق الموت، الشعور بالإحباط، سلوك التجنب، اضطراب الأكل والنوم. Abstract: The current study aims to detect the trauma disorder of infection with the Coronavirus Covid-19 in one 35-year-old case who has contracted the disease since July 2020, who was diagnosed using the clinical approach and case study, based on the fifth Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM-5), and an analysis The content of the semi-directed clinical interview conducted with the case. The study found that the case suffers from psychological trauma as a result of infection with the Coronavirus Covid-19,the main symptoms of which are panic attacks, death anxiety, feeling frustrated, avoidance behavior, and eating and sleep disturbance.
