جودة خدمات النقل الحضري وأثرها على رضا الزبائن دراسة ميدانية لعينة من مستخدمي ترامواي – ورقلة-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أبعاد جودة خدمات النقل الحضري ومدى تأثيرها على رضا الزبائن، وكذلك تحديد أي من أبعاد الجودة أكثر فعالية في التأثير على رضا الزبائن، وقد تمت الدراسة في ولاية ورقلة باستخدام عينة عشوائية مكونة من 145 مستخدما لخدمة الترامواي بولاية ورقلة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لتحليل البيانات المجمعة بواسطة الاستبيان واختبار الفرضيات وذلك بالاستعانة بالرنامج الاحصائي SPSS إصدار25. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مؤسسة ترامواي ورقلة تتبنى أغلب أبعاد جودة خدمة النقل الحضري بنسب متفاوتة, وأن هناك مستوى متوسط لرضا الزبائن عن جودة الخدمة المقدمة لهم This study aims to identify the dimensions of the public transportation's quality and how much it affects the customer's satisfaction, it alos aims to identify which of these dimensions is more affective to their appeal. This study was conducted at state of Ouargla using a random sample containing more than 145 users for the Tramway in this state, to achieve the goals of this study a descriptive curricula was used to analyse the collected data with a questionnaire, and testing theories using the stastical programme SPSS (version 25). The study showed that the Tramway Company of Ouargla adopts most dimensions of quality conserning the public transportations but in different percentages, and there is an average level for the customer's satisfaction about the service give to them.
