أهمية قياس الأداء التسويقي بالنسبة لمؤسسات التوزيع الدولية -دراسة كارفور نموذجا

Résumé: يعتبر الأداء التسويقي هدفا جوهريا بالنسبة لمؤسسات التوزيع الدولية، وبالتالي فإن نجاح المؤسسة وقدرتها على الاستمرار والبقاء والنمو والتكيف مع البيئة يكون وفق أسس ومؤشرات محددة تضعها تبعا لمتطلبات أنشطتها، في هذا السياق يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة وتحليل إشكالية تقييم واقع الأداء التسويقي لمؤسسات التوزيع الدولية، مؤسسة كارفور نموذجا. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن قياس الأداء يكمن في ثلاث محاور تمثلت في مقاييس المخرجات المالية التي كانت معتمدة في قياس الأداء التسويقي لمؤسسات التوزيع الدولية إلى مقاييس المخرجات غير المالية، وكذلك التحول من مقاييس المخرجات المالية إلى مقاييس المدخلات التسويقية. Marketing performance is an essential objective for international distribution institutions. Thus, the Foundation's success and its ability to sustain, survive, grow and adapt to the environment are based on specific bases and indicators that it sets according to the requirements of its activities. In this context, this research aims to study and analyse the problem of assessing the reality of the marketing performance of international distribution institutions, the Carrefour Foundation is a model. The study found that performance measurement lay in three axes: financial output measurements, which were used to measure the marketing performance of international distribution institutions to non-financial output measures, as well as the shift from financial output measures to marketing input measures.
