Résumé: أضحت جريمة استغلال الطفل في المواد الإباحية عبر الانترنت من الجرائم المعاصرة والمنتشرة بكثرة في السنوات الأخيرة، خاصة مع التطور التكنولوجي والعلمي الذي يشهده العالم، وظهور شبكة الانترنت التي ساهمت في تزايد ارتكاب هذه الجريمة بشكل ملحوظ، إذ تعد هذه الأخيرة صورة من صور الاستغلال الجنسي للطفل، والتي لها تداعيات خطيرة على الطفل الضحية، لما تخلفه من آثار جسيمة على صحته الجسدية والنفسية، مما يؤثر على حياته ومستقبله بشكل عام. لذلك تداعت مختلف الجهود الدولية لتقرير حماية خاصة للطفل من الاستغلال في المواد الإباحية، بما في ذلك عبر شبكة الانترنت، سواء من خلال الاتفاقيات الدولية، أو المنظمات الدولية ذات الصلة، أو عقد المؤتمرات الدولية، وقد انعكس ذلك على تشريعات الدول في مختلف أنحاء العالم، من بينها التشريع الجزائري الذي بادر إلى إقرار حماية قانونية خاصة للطفل من هذه الجريمة. كلمات مفتاحية: الطفل، الحماية، الاستغلال، المواد الإباحية، الانترنت. Abstract: Child exploitation in Internet pornography has become a contemporary crime that is widespread in recent years, especially with the technological and scientific development that the world is witnessing, and the emergence of the Internet, which contributed to the increase in the commission of this crime significantly, as the latter is a form of child sexual exploitation, Which has serious repercussions on the child victim, due to its severe effects on his physical and psychological health, which affects his life and future in general. Therefore, various international efforts have collapsed to establish a special protection for children from exploitation of materials Pornography, including via the Internet, whether through international agreements, or relevant international organizations, or holding international conferences, this has been reflected in the legislation of countries around the world, including the Algerian legislation that took the initiative to establish special legal protection for children from this crime.
