تدريب المعلمين أثناء الخدمة(معوقات وحلول)

Résumé: يعد تدريب المعلمين أثناء الخدمة عاملا مهما لتطوير أدائهم وزيادة الإنتاجية، ولهذا فهو يعد إنفاقا استثماريا يحقق عائدا ملموسا يساهم في تلبية احتياجات النمو الاقتصادي والاجتماعي للأمة، ويمثل إشباع للحاجات النفسية والمعرفية، ينعكس على إتقانهم لعملهم في سبيل النمو المهني. وهدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على تدريب المعلمين أثناء الخدمة بالإضافة إلى أشكاله والمعوقات التي تواجهه المتدربين والقائمين عليه والحلول الممكنة لها، وخلصت إلى عدة معوقات منها ما هو متعلق بالمدربين أو خاصة البرامج التدريبية وعدم توفر الوسائل، وقدمت مجموعة من الحلول أهمها التخطيط المسبق إضافة إلى وضع برنامج تقويمي لذلك، وغيرها من الحلول. The training of teachers during service is an important factor of development and increase productivity. It is therefore an investment expense that makes a significant returning to the economy and the social growth, reflecting the concern teachers for the work of the professional growth. This study aims to identify the training of teachers during the service as well as its forms and obstacles to the trainees, its consequences and possible solutions. And concluded to mention several obstacles, conserning the trainees or special training programs and the lack of means, and recommended a some solutions like preplanning, and and creating a grading program for it,.
