التكييف الفقهي للتعامل بالعملات الرقمية وضوابطه
Résumé: يتناول البحث التعريف بالعملات الرقمية من حيث مفهومها وخصائصها التي تميزها عن غيرها من وسائل الدفع الحديثة من جهة، وتلك التي تميزها عن العملات التقليدية من جهة أخرى، كما تطرق إلى تحليل آليات اكتسابها وتداولها، من أجل الاهتداء إلى التكييف الفقهي الموصل إلى الحكم عليها بالجواز أو عدمه، مع التنبيه على أهم الضوابط الواجب توفرها في هذه العملات حتى تكتسب صفة الشرعية في التعامل. The research deals with the concept of digital currencies and their characteristics that distinguish them from the other modern payment methods on one hand, and those that distinguish them from traditional currencies on the other hand. It also treats the analysis of the mechanisms of their acquisition and circulation in order to find their judgment, and offers some conditions to gain legitimacy in dealing with digital currencies.
