-موقف القانون الجزائري من التعامل بالعملات الرقمية -بين الضرورة والمخاطر

Résumé: تعتبر العملات الرقمية أحد نتائج التطور التكنولوجي في مجال وسائل الدفع الالكتروني وامتازت بسرعة الانتشار في أوساط المتعاملين في الفضاء الرقمي وتعددت أشكالها باختلاف مصدرها وكذا مجالاتها . واختلفت مواقف التشريعات اتجاه العملات الرقمية بين مؤيد ومعارض لها وكان موقف المشرع الجزائري اتجاه هذه العملات منقسم بين التأييد والحظر فهو يميز بين العملة الرقمية المركزية وبين غيرها من العملات الرقمية الافتراضية وإيضاح هذا الموقف القانوني هو موضوع هذه الورقة البحثية. Cryptocurrencies are one of the results of technological development in the field of electronic payment method. They have been characterized by the rapid spread among customers in the digital space and they have various forms according to their source as well as their fields. The attitudes of legislation differed between supporters and opponents of digital currencies. Algerian legislators' attitude to these currencies was divided between support and prohibition as they distinguishe the central digital currency from other virtual digital currencies and clarifying this legal position is the subject of this paper.
