دور شركات التأمين التكافلي في تدعيم نشاط الوقف

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء حول دور شركات التأمين التكافلي في تدعيم نشاط الوقف، لأن العلاقة بين التأمين والوقف تدخل في إطار تعزيز نشاط هذا الأخير والمحافظة عليه من جهة، وإحياء دور التكافل الاجتماعي من جهة أخرى. لذا ومن خلال هذه الدراسة سوف نحاول التعرف على التأمين التكافلي من خلال تعريفه، خصائصه، مبادئه و أسسه، وكذا أنواعه، كما سنتطرق إلى الوقف الاسلامي من خلال الإشارة إلى مفهومه، شروط صحته وكذا أنواعه. و أخيرا سنتعرف على دور التأمين التكافلي في تدعيم نشاط الوقف، وذلك انطلاقا من الأسس التي يقوم عليها التأمين التكافلي، وكذا المبادئ الأساسية للتأمين التكافلي من خلال الوقف. Abstract: This study aims to Highlight on the role of takaful insurance companies in strengthening the activity of the WAQF, because the relationship between insurance and the WAQF comes within the framework of promoting and maintaining the activity of the latter on the one hand, and reviving the role of social solidarity on the other. So through this study we will try to identify the takaful insurance through its definition, its characteristics, its principles and foundations, and its types, we will also address the Islamic WAQF by referring to its concept, the conditions of its health as well as its types. Finally, we will learn about the role of takaful insurance in strengthening the WAQF activity, based on the foundations of the takaful insurance, as well as the basic principles of takaful insurance through the WAQF.
