الصكوك المالية الاسلامية البديل التمويلي لمشروعات التنمية الاقتصادية –تجربة ماليزيا أنموذجا-

Résumé: أخذت الصناعة المالية الاسلامية اهتماما كبيرا في الآونة الاخيرة من قبل العديد من الاقتصاديين والحكومات في محاولة لإيجاد بدائل مناسبة تحقق الاستقرار في الأسواق المالية، وأضحى التمويل الاسلامي من بين القطاعات الأسرع نموا في صناعة التمويل على مستوى العالم، وتنامى بذلك دور الصكوك الاسلامية كأحد البدائل التمويلية بفضل تنوع وتعدد هياكل إصدارها ما من شأنه أن يوفر حلولا متنوعة للشركات والحكومات الراغبة في الاستفادة من آلية التصكيك الإسلامي؛ لذا تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على أهمية الصكوك الاسلامية كخيار تمويلي واستراتيجي بديل وابراز دورها في تحقيق التنمية، من خلال عرض تجربة ماليزيا كأحد أكبر مراكز التمويل الاسلامي في العالم ومدى مساهمة الصكوك الاسلامية في تمويل مشاريع التنمية الاقتصادية. ABSTRACT: The Islamic finance industry has taken great interest in recent years by many economists and governments in trying to find suitable alternatives to stabilize the financial markets. Islamic finance has become one of the fastest growing sectors in the global finance industry and the role of Islamic Sukuk has grown as one of the financing alternatives thanks to The diversity and multiple structures of its issuance, which will provide a variety of solutions for companies and governments wishing to benefit from the mechanism of Islamic sukuk. Therefore, this study aims to identify the importance of Islamic instruments as an alternative financing and strategic option and highlight its role in the Coordination of development, through the presentation of Malaysia's experience as one of the largest Islamic finance centers in the world and the extent of the contribution of Islamic instruments in the financing of economic development projects.
