النشاط النقابي والحركة الوطنية في الجزائر وتونس

Résumé: يعد النشاط النقابي والسياسي من أهم الوسائل السلمية التي تستخدمها الشعوب في البلاد نضالهم ضد الأنظمة الاستعمارية. وفي سياق دراستنا بعنوان "النشاط النقابي و الحركة الوطنية في الجزائر وتونس: دراسة تاريخية مقارنة، ركزنا على البلدين وفي منطقة المغرب العربي الأكبر، وتحديداً تونس والجزائر. تناولت هذه الدراسة على وجه التحديد تطورات هامة في المجال النقابي منذ ظهور أول نقابة عمالية المنظمات التي أعقبت صدور قانون فالديك روسو عام 1884 للنضال العمالي ضد الإدارة الفرنسية وأرباب العمل. وبالتوازي مع ذلك، ظهر شكل آخر من أشكال النضال السلمي، ألا وهو النشاط السياسي. بعد الحرب العالمية الأولى، ظهرت تنظيمات سياسية عديدة في كلا البلدين، واعتمدت مناهج مختلفة في نضالها لتحسين الأوضاع داخل دولهم. اختار البعض التوافق مع الفرنسيين ويطالبون بالإصلاحات، بينما يدعو آخرون إلى الانفصال والاستقلال. في الجزء الأخير في دراستنا، سلطنا الضوء على أوجه التشابه والاختلاف الرئيسية بين الأنشطة النقابية في تونس والجزائر." Trade union and political activities are among the most important peaceful methods used by peoples in their struggle against colonial regimes. In the context of our study titled 'Trade Union Activity and the National Movement in Algeria and Tunisia: A Comparative Historical Study,' we focused on two countries in the larger Arab Maghreb region, namely Tunisia and Algeria. This study specifically examined the significant developments in the trade union sphere, from the emergence of the first trade union organizations following the enactment of the Waldeck-Rousseau law in 1884 to the labor struggle against the French administration and employers. In parallel, another form of peaceful struggle emerged, namely political activism. After World War I, numerous political organizations emerged in both countries, adopting various approaches in their struggle to improve the situation within their respective nations. Some chose to align with the French administration and seek reforms, while others advocated for separation and independence. In the final part of our study, we highlighted the key similarities and differences between trade union activities in Tunisia and Algeria."
