جوانب التعليم الالكتروني في المنظومة التعليمية

Résumé: إن التعليم الإلكتروني يكمل نظام التعليم التقليدي ويدعمه ولا يحل محله ولا يستبدله بل يتكامل معه ويكمله، فلم يعد للتعليم مكان يحده ولا زمان من العمر يقف عنده، بل هو عملية مستمرة مدى الحياة وكلما تقدمت وسائل الاتصال والتقنيات وزاد هذا المعنى وضوحا ورسوخا، كما أصبح التعليم في عصرنا هذا نظاما موجهاً ومخططاً يعمل كافة المؤسسات التعليمية (عامة أم خاصة، رسمية أم غير رسمية) على تحقيقه وتنفيذه بالشكل الذي يلبي حاجات سوق العمل ومن المعروف أن نجاح الفرد في الحياة العملية مرتبط وبشكل مباشر في الحياة الدراسية . والتعليم الإلكتروني يُبنى على مشاركة الفرد في نشاطات التعلم، مما يزيد الإقبال عليه والرغبة في متابعته بخلاف الطرق الأخرى التي تخلق جواً من النفور. ويكتسب المتعلم من خلاله مهارات كيفية التعلم “Learning to learn” مما يعني التعلم وتطوير الذات مدى الحياة، وكذلك الدافعية والاتجاهات الإيجابية لعملية التعلم. كما أن خصائص التعلم الإلكتروني المتمثلة في المرونة وسهولة الاستخدام تتناسب مع الخصائص النفسية لدى المتعلمين الكبار. E-education complements and supports the traditional education system, and does not replace or replace it, but rather integrates with and complements it. Education in our time is a directed and planned system that all educational institutions (public or private, formal or informal) work to achieve and implement in a way that meets the needs of the labor market. It is known that the individual's success in working life is directly linked in school life. E-learning is based on the individual's participation in learning activities, which increases the demand for it and the desire to follow it, unlike other methods that create an atmosphere of aversion. Through it, the learner acquires “learning to learn” skills, which means lifelong learning and self-development, as well as motivation and positive attitudes to the learning process. The characteristics of e-learning represented in flexibility and ease of use are commensurate with the psychological characteristics of adult learners.
