علاقة الحماية القانونية لحقوق الملكية الصناعية بالتطور الاقتصادي.

Résumé: إن قوانين حماية الملكية الصناعية لا تعمل على تشجيع الاستثمارات الاجنبية فقط بل والمستثمر المحلي داخل دولته بدلا من استثماره بالخارج، ولتميّز حقوق الملكية الفكرية بالعالمية، الشيء الذي جعل حمايتها في إطار الحدود الوطنية غير كافية، لذلك عمدت الدول إلى إيجاد آليات تعمل من خلالها على تفعيل الحماية الدولية لحقوق الملكية الفكرية بصفة عامة والملكية الصناعية بصفة خاصة. وهو ما توصلنا إليه في الأخير، ورغم صعوبة الربط المباشر بين حماية حقوق الملكية الصناعية ونمو الاقتصاد، الا أن توافر الحماية قد يزيد من قيمة الاصول التي تمتلكها الشركات الاجنبية، خاصة ما يتعلق بالتكنولوجيا، الأمر الذي يزيد من حجم الطلب على الاستثمار الأجنبي والمحلي، أي أن توافر الحماية قد تزيد فرص تطوير الاستثمارات. The laws for the protection of industrial property do not work to encourage foreign investments only, but also the local investor inside his country instead of investing it abroad, and to distinguish intellectual property rights in the world, which made their protection within the framework of national borders insufficient, so countries sought to find mechanisms through which they work to activate International protection of intellectual property rights in general and industrial property in particular. This is what we have reached in the end, and despite the difficulty of direct linking between the protection of industrial property rights and the growth of the economy, the availability of protection may increase the value of assets owned by foreign companies, especially with regard to technology, which increases the volume of demand for foreign and domestic investment, i.e. That the availability of protection may increase opportunities for investment development.
