المحاكمة المقاصدية في تقرير الحجر الصحي على المرضى

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استثمار علم مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية و بيان أهميته في النوازل الفقهية وبالرجوع إلى القواعد الأصولية و القواعد الفقهية و باعتماد إجماع أهل التخصص من المدارس الصحية العالمية خاصة إذا كانت المسألة تتعلق بالمجتمع و ما يصيبه من مصالح ومفاسد التي تتدافع عليه فكانت دراسة الحجر الصحي على المرضى أنموذجا للبحث. :Abstract The aim of this study is to invest in the science of makassed and to shara its importance Islamic in jurisprudential dilemmes by reference to fundamental and jurisprudential rules and the adoption of the consensus of specialized people from the global lealth schools . especially if the issue is related to the community and the pros and cons of such dilemmes .In the light of what we have mention , this study tackles the issue of quarantine , imposed on people with infectous
