Résumé: ABSTRACT/ This study aims to evaluate the quality of the online banking services provided by Algerian banks to clients and their readiness to keep up with developments at the level of electronic banking transactions. Developments taking place at the level of banks and electronic services at the global level and the increasing level of competition in this sector; necessitated for Algerian banks to keep up with these progress and provide banking services via the Internet with higher quality, by focusing on the most important requirements for customer satisfaction; especially in light of banking reforms which Algeria is witnessed. الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تقييم جودة الخدمات المصرفية عبر الانترنت المقدمة من طرف البنوك الجزائرية للزبائن و مدى جاهزية هذه الاخيرة لمواكبة التطورات الحاصلة على مستوى المعاملات البنكية الالكترونية. فالتطورات الحاصلة على مستوى البنوك و خدماتها الالكترونية على المستوى العالمي وتزايد مستوى المنافسة في هذا القطاع؛ حتم على المصارف في الجزائر مواكبة هذة التطورات وتقديم خدمات مضرفية عبر الانترنت ذات جودة، من خلال التركيز على اهم متطلباتها لارضاء الزبائن؛ خاصة في ظل الاصلاحات البنكية التي تشهدها الجزائر
