Résumé: In this study, we tried to address the issue of factors affecting the quality of the external auditor's report, as we proceeded from the problematic: "What factors affect the quality of external audit reports in The State of Ouargla?" To answer these questions and verify the validity of the hypotheses, we conducted a field study of a sample of account governors and accountants, and the object based in the city of Ouargla: the study reached several results, the most important of which are: The scientific qualification of the auditor and the audit team affects the quality of the audit report, as well as the competence of the audit team also contributes to improving the outcomes of the auditor's report, and that the independence of the external auditor is an important factor and affects the report of the external auditor, through that independence contributes to the achievement of transparency and objectivity as well as to give credibility to the report of the external auditor, and the factor of the size of the institution is considered to be factors affecting the quality of the external auditor's report
