Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الدور الذي تلعبه الإطارات النقابية في استراتيجيات اتخاذ القرار لدى المجلس الوطني المستقل لمستخدمي الاطوار الثلاثة (للكناباست (CNAPESTوعليه فقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي تحليل المضمون كأداة للتحقق من فرضيات الدراسة, حيث قام الباحث بتحليل بيانات نقابة الكناباست في الفترة الممتدة من 08/10/2016 إلى غاية 27/04/2020 باعتبارها عينة البحث الرئيسية وذاك من خلال انشاء استمارة تحليل المضمون. This study aimed to identify the role played by trade union frameworks in the decision-making strategies of the Independent National Council for The Three Phaseusers (CNAPEST). Accordingly, the researcher used the descriptive method to analyze the content as a tool to verify the hypotheses of the study, where the researcher analyzed the statement of the National Council from 08/10/2016 until 27/04/2020 as the main research sample and that by establishing a content analysis form.
