Résumé: عنوان الدراسة: اثر استخدام الانظمة الالكترونية على أداء الموظفين ( دراسة ميدانية على تطبيق HANAA للضمان الاجتماعي بالجلفة). عينة الدراسة : تكونت عينة الدراسة من 25 عامل بصندوق الضمان الاجتماعي منهج الدراسة : اعتمدت الباحثة في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي باعتباره اقرب منهج موافق لطبيعة الدراسة. ادوات الدراسة : اعتمدت الباحثة على الإستبيان الباحث شنيخر عبد الرحمان . اهم النتائج المتوصل اليها : ان الهدف الاساسي للدراسة كان معرفة أثر استخدام الانظمة الالكترونية على اداء الموظفين حيث يمكن حصر النتائج فيما يلي : • تأثير نظام HANAA على آداء موظفي الصندوق الوطني للتأمينات الاجتماعية للعمال الأجراء CNAS إيجابي. • لا توجد فروق في تأثير نظام HANAA على آداء موظفي الصندوق الوطني للتأمينات الاجتماعية للعمال الأجراء CNAS تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي. • لا توجد فروق في تأثير نظام HANAA على آداء موظفي الصندوق الوطني للتأمينات الاجتماعية للعمال الأجراء CNAS تعزى لمتغير الخبرة المهنية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الادارة الالكترونية،الاداء،الموظفين ملخص الدراسة باللغة إنجليزية Abstract: Study title: The effect of using electronic systems on employee performance A field study on the HANAA application for social security in Djelfa Study sample: The study sample consisted of 30 workers at the Social Security Fund Study methodology: In this study, the researcher relied on the descriptive approach as the closest approach to the nature of the study Study tools: The researcher relied on a questionnaire The most important findings: • The level of job satisfaction is average among the nurses of the Mother and Child Hospital in Djelfa. • The level of job satisfaction among the nurses of the Mother and Child Hospital in Djelfa on their wages is low. • The level of job satisfaction among the nurses of the Mother and Child Hospital in Djelfa on the content of work is medium. • The level of job satisfaction among the nurses of the Mother and Child Hospital in Djelfa city on supervision is high.
