Résumé: The study aimed to identify the impact of empowering workers on job satisfaction with the Algerian Telecom Intensification - Experimental Agency - it was approved, and to answer the problematic, the descriptive analytical approach was approved in the study, using a questionnaire form, as a major tool to study on a sample that included (60) employees of the Algiers Telecom Foundation - Commercial Agency - it was approved. We also processed the data on the SPSS statistical program. The study reached a number of results, including: There is a positive effect with a statistical state to apply the empowerment of workers (participation of information, work teams, freedom and independence, motivation of workers, training for power authorization) on job satisfaction, but the level of empowerment of workers in the institution under study is low, We did not touch the level of job satisfaction with the institution's workers under study, and the study also resulted in the existence of a strong direct correlation between the empowerment of workers and the job satisfaction of workers.
