Résumé: Summary: Competition is the backbone of trade, as the latter imposes great competition to achieve profits in various ways and means. Removing institutions from the market or removing them from it, so that these vary according to their location. Accordingly, the Algerian legislator created legal and institutional mechanisms to adapt them, banning practices restricting competition and creating the Competition Council as an administrative body with legal personality and financial independence to regulate and monitor the market.
