سوء التخطيط العمراني وأثره على طفل المدينة

Résumé: الملخص تؤثر البيئة العمرانية في خلق الجو النفسي المساعد على نمو الطفل والمشجع على الإبداع العقلي والجسماني. وتعتبر أساساً بنائياً قوياً متيناً في إعداد جيل واعٍ يأخذ بزمام نهضة المجتمع وتقدمه. و من هنا تأتي ضرورة الاهتمام بالتخطيط والتصميم المعماري الذي صار لبنة أساسية في استراتيجية تطوير البيئات التعليمية والصحية والعمرانية، والتي هي جزء لا يتجزأ من التطوير الصحي والنفسي والعقلي للطفل. ومع ذلك لا يزال تخطيط وتصميم كثير من المباني السكنية في مدينة القاهرة بشكل خاص وفي مصر بشكل عام في الغالب يأخذ الطابع التقليدي العشوائي غير المنظم وغير الآمن . لذا يعرض هذا البحث بعض أشكال سوء التخطيط العمراني بمدينة القاهرة المقسمة إلى ثلاث أشكال (التكدس السكاني "العشوائيات" – المنشآت الصناعية بالمناطق السكانية – تكدس المنشآت الحكومية والسياسية والإدارية ) وأثر هذه الأشكال السلبية للتخطيط العمراني الذي نتج عنه مناطق عشوائية أدت إلى (عمالة الأطفال- تسرب الأطفال من المدارس- انتشار ظاهرة أطفال الشوارع) ، ووجود مصانع في منطقة سكنية مليئة بالتلوث الهوائي والمائي وأثر هذا التلوث على صحة الطفل، انتهاءً بتكدس المنشآت الحكومية في مدينة القاهرة وما صاحب هذا من ازدحام حركة المرور ارتفاع نسبة حوادث المرور بمحافظة القاهرة عن غيرها من محافظات مصر. الكلمات المفتاحية :الكثافة السكانية، الجريمة، سوء التخطيط العمراني، طفل المدينة. Abstract : The Constructional Environment effects in creating the atmosphere which helps in growing the child and encourages him on creativity , mental and physical sides. And it considers a strong construction in preparing aware generation who can helps in progress the society and its advancement. That’s why its important to do care of the construction and planning which is the basic for the Strategy of develop the Education , health and urban which its part and parcel from psychological , health , mental development of the child. However in Egypt Particularly its still takes the random , traditional, and non organized un safe shape. That’s why this research perform sort of the mis- planning construction in Cairo divided into three shapes: (overcrowded ,(urban) ,the industrial building in living places, the overcrowded in governmental, politics and administrate places, and its bad effect which caused (Child labor- escaping the child from the school and the spread of phenomenon of Street Child) and the existence of industry which fill of water and Air pollution in the population places which effect badly on child health .besides the overcrowded in Cairo governor which caused traffic and consequently the raise of the accident . .
