التوافق الزواجي وعلاقته بصراع الأدوار في ضوء التغير الاجتماعي والثقافي

Résumé: تكتسي دراسة العلاقة بين صراع الأدوار والتوافق الزواجي لدي الامهات العاملات أهمية بالغة في الحياة اليومية للأزواج، حيث أن الأم تقوم بعدة ادوار في المجتمع، وتداخل هذه الأدوار فيما بينها تشكل ضغوط كثيرة قد تأثر على التوافق الزواجي للأم العاملة. شملت عينة الدراسة على 30 أم عاملة في مختلف المجالات، وطبق عليهن مقياس صراع الأدوار والتوافق الزواجي بالإستعانة ببعض المتغيرات الوسطية(سنوات الزواج، عدد الأولاد). وأسفرت النتائج على أنه لاتوجد علاقة بين صراع الأدوار والتوافق الزواجي، ولايوجد فروق في التوافق الزواجي وصراع الأدوار يعزي لمتغير مدة الزواج، أما عن فرضية صراع الأدوار وعدد الأطفال فقد وجدنا فروق دالة إحصائيا Abstract: The study of the relationship between role conflict and marital compatibility among working mothers is of great importance in the daily life of husbands, as the mother plays several roles in society, and the overlapping of these roles between them constitutes many pressures that may affect the marital compatibility of working mothers. The study sample included 30 working mothers in various fields, and a measure of role conflict and marital compatibility was applied to them using some intermediate variables (years of marriage, number of children). The results revealed that there is no relationship between role conflict and marital compatibility, and there are no differences in marital compatibility and role conflict due to the variable of the duration of marriage. As for the hypothesis of role conflict and the number of children, we found statistically significant differences.
