دور التربية البدنية والرياضية في تعزيز قيم التربية والثقافة الأمنية لدى الطلاب في الجزائر (the Role Of Sports And Physical Education In Promoting The Values Of Education And Security Culture Among Students In Algeria)

Résumé: ملخص: في ضوء الأهداف التربوية التي رسمتها سياسة التعليم في الجزائر وحددت الغاية منها وإكساب المعارف والمهارات المختلفة، وتنمية الاتجاهات السلوكية البنّاءة، وتطوير المجتمع اقتصادياً واجتماعياً، وثقافياً، وتهيئة الطلاب ليكونوا أعضاء نافعين في بناء مجتمعهم،و التربية البدنية والرياضة من مدخلات النظام التربوي ، من أجل التعاون والتضافر مع باقي المناهج في تنمية المواطن الصالح كما جاء في سياسة التعليم. ومن أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف العام للتربية تهدف التربية البدنية والرياضة إلى تحقيق النمو المتكامل والمتوازن للفرد إلى أقصى ما تسمح به استعداداته وإمكاناته. وتنبثق أهدافها من فلسفة تنظر للطالب على أنه جسم وعقل وروح وعليه فالتربية البدنية والرياضة معنية ببناء الوطن والمواطن. من أجل إعداد الأفراد إعداداً شموليا علميا وجسدياً ومهارياً وعاطفياً، ليكونوا مواطنين صالحين يعملون -وبشكل فاعل -على تلبية حاجاتهم وحاجات مجتيمعهم وأن يؤدوا ما للمجتمع عليهم من حقوق وفي الوقت نفسه يتمتعوا بحقوقهم التي كفلها لهم الدستور والقانون. من هذا المنطلق ِما القيم التي تنميها مناهج التربية البدنية والرياضة للطلاب في المدارس الجزائرية؟ ما درجة التوافق بين تعزيز برامج التربيةوالثقافة الأمنية لدى الطلاب التي تقدمها التربية البدنية والرياضة، وقيم التي تقدمها الشريعة الاسلامية؟ ما الآليات المتبعة في تعزيز برامج التربية والثقافة الأمنية من خلال مناهج التربية البدنية والرياضة؟ كلمات مفتاحية: التربية البدنية والرياضية، الثقافة الأمنية، المناهج Abstract: In light of the educational goals drawn up by the education policy in Algeria and the purpose thereof is to provide them with various knowledge and skills, to develop constructive behavioral trends, to develop the society economically, socially, and culturally, to prepare students to be useful members in building their society, and to physical education and sports from the inputs of the educational system, in order to Cooperation and collaboration with the rest of the curricula in developing the good citizen as stated in the education policy. In order to achieve this general objective of education, physical education and sport aim to achieve the integrated and balanced growth of the individual to the maximum extent of his aptitudes and capabilities. Its objectives stem from a philosophy that views the student as a body, mind and spirit, and therefore physical education and sport are concerned with building the nation and the citizen. In order to prepare individuals comprehensively, scientifically, physically, skillfully and emotionally, to be good citizens who work - and actively - to meet their needs and the needs of their community and to fulfill the society's rights that they have, while at the same time enjoying their rights guaranteed to them by the Constitution and the law. From this standpoint, what are the values that physical education and sports curricula develop for students in Algerian schools? What is the degree of compatibility between strengthening students' education and security culture programs provided by physical education and sports, and the values provided by Islamic law?
