التمويل الإسلامي في ظل التحديات الدولية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد طرق التمويل الإسلامي وكيفية صياغة نظام مالي يحد من التجاوزات التي ينتجها التمويل التقليدي؛ رغم وجود هيئات تمويلية إسلامية تتفاعل في الساحة الدولية إلا أن هناك بعضها يتميز بعدم تطبيق القواعد الإسلامية كونها ترتبط ببعض الهيئات الدولية المطبقة لنظام مصرفي يتعارض مع المنهج الإسلامي، حيث تعرضت دول العالم عبر التاريخ إلى أزمات اقتصادية ومالية، جعل البعض منها التفكير في إيجاد حلول تتماشى مع النظام السياسي المطبق في الدولة، وعليه لجأت بعض الدول الإسلامية النامية إلى طريقة التمويل الإسلامي للحد من نتائج الأزمات التي أرجعها مفكرين إسلاميين إلى عامل الفائدة الذي يؤثر بالسلب على صيرورة التنمية للبلاد. The aim of the study is to define methods of Islamic finance and how to formulate a Islamic financial system, in banking transactions. Despite the existence of Islamic financing bodies interacting in the international arena, there are some of them that are distinguished by the non-application of Islamic rules, as they are linked to some international bodies that apply a banking system that contradicts the Islamic approach. With the political system applied in the state, and accordingly, some developing Islamic countries have resorted to the Islamic finance method to limit the consequences of the crises that Islamic thinkers have attributed to the interest factor that negatively affects the development process of the country.
