Résumé: إن الاهتمام بالأحداث المفرج عنهم من المواضيع المهمة الواجب التركيز عليها علميا وعمليا باعتبار أن الحدث يحتاج على رعاية واهتمام وتوجيه يتماشى مع خصوصية مرحلته العمرية ومتطلباتها، خاصة إذا كان من المفرج عنهم بعد انقضاء حكمه فتزداد المسؤولية الاجتماعية اتجاهه من قبل مختلف المؤسسات الاجتماعية حتى تحقق له التكيف من جديد مع أسرته أولا ثم مدرسته فمجتمعه. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة آليات تحقيق التكيف الاجتماعي والتربوي للحدث المفرج عنه وعن اهم الإجراءات العملية بين مختلف مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية لتحقيق الاندماج الاجتماعي و التالي تكوين مواطن سوي اجتماعيا ونفسيا. Attention to released juveniles is one of the important topics that must be focused on scientifically and practically, given that the juvenile needs care, attention and direction in line with the specificity of his age stage and its requirements, especially if he is released after the expiration of his sentence and the social responsibility increases towards it by various institutions Social until he achieved adaptation again with his family first, then his school and his community. The study aims to know the mechanisms of achieving the social and educational adaptation of the released juvenile and the most important practical measures between the various institutions of socialization to achieve social integration and thus the formation of a normal citizen socially and psychologically.
